Terms and Conditions
Effective from: 16 July 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Emily May Aesthetics Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and your use of our website. By booking an appointment or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Emily May Aesthetics Ltd is a UK-registered medical aesthetics provider offering non-surgical cosmetic treatments under the care of a GMC-registered doctor.
2. Medical Consent and Eligibility
All treatments are subject to a full medical consultation and assessment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest or if you are not medically suitable.
You must be aged 18 or over to receive any treatment. Proof of age may be requested.
Prior to any treatment, you will be required to complete and sign an informed consent form outlining the specific risks, benefits, and aftercare associated with the procedure.
Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the informed consent form, the consent form shall prevail.
3. Booking and Appointments
Appointments can be booked online or by direct contact.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your treatment cost.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out the treatment and your appointment may be treated as a cancellation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
Refunds are not available for completed treatments under any circumstances.
If you are deemed unsuitable for treatment during consultation, any pre-paid amount may be refunded at our discretion, minus an administrative fee.
5. Results and Expectations
We will always aim for natural, safe results tailored to your individual needs. However, all aesthetic procedures carry individual variability and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Multiple sessions may be required to achieve or maintain desired results.
You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided to you. Failure to do so may affect your results and our ability to support you post-treatment.
6. Liability
All treatments are carried out by a medically qualified practitioner in accordance with professional standards.
We accept no liability for:
Adverse outcomes that are within known risks of the treatment
Complications caused by failure to follow aftercare
Any treatment carried out elsewhere following or in combination with our procedures
Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract or tort (including negligence), shall be limited to the cost of the treatment provided.
